Shire/Stewartry v Carrick.

First game we came up against a physical Carrick side. Our girls were brilliant in defence and stopped them playing and getting any momentum but also running in some really good individual tries. Shire/Stewartry eventually winning by a good margin.

Shire/Stewartry v Marr

Second game the girls were made to work hard in defence and play well as a team scoring some nice tries against a very good Marr team. Both teams were evenly matched but Shire/Stewartrys fitness told and got a very well deserved win against our biggest challenge of the season yet.

Shire/Stewartry v Ayr/Irvine

In the last game of the day the girls had fully found their stride. The girls were spreading the ball well from one side of the park to the other and scoring some really good team tries. Running out convincing winners.

Well done to May and Faye on their debuts today they were brilliant, thanks to the parents for all the help and well done girls for winning 3 out of 3????
